Read the Room (“RTR”) is a platform for exploring public sentiment through anonymous questions and responses. It is designed to support open, respectful, and meaningful conversations.

You agree not to use RTR to post or generate content that is offensive, illegal, harmful, or misleading. Specifically, do not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others.
• Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Incite violence or promote hate.
• Post spam, malware, or attempt unauthorized access to other systems.
• Post sexually explicit, obscene, or NSFW content without using the NSFW toggle.

Use the in-app report feature or contact us at [email protected] to flag violations.

You retain full ownership of any content (questions, suggestions) you submit to RTR. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use that content within the app, solely to provide our service.

Responses within RTR may be generated using automated models and may contain inaccurate or outdated information. You agree not to rely on outputs for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.). RTR and its providers are not responsible for the accuracy of outputs.

You must be 13 or older to use Read the Room. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RTR at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

You use RTR at your own risk. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from your use of the app or its outputs. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your content or misuse of the app.

These Terms may change over time. We’ll notify you via the app or our website if we make significant updates. Continuing to use RTR after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
